Inferno Film Productions, LLC, has sold foreign DVD distribution rights to the martial arts video, Path of the Ninja: Shinobigatana Basic Sword Skills to the UK distributor ILC Prime, part of the ILC Group, Ltd. Inferno was acting sales agent for Warrior Quest International, LLC, also located in Colorado. The deal covers DVD distribution in the UK, Eire, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Swaziland and Lesotho. (Deal terms are otherwise confidential.)
The ILC Group, Ltd, is one of the UK's leading independent DVD distributors. Darlene Cypser and Trygve Lode of Inferno initially met with Wendy Rutland, the Director of Acquisitions at ILC, in Inferno's office at the American Film Market in February 2004. Inferno looks forward to closing other distribution deals with ILC Prime in the near future.
Warrior Quest International, LLC, is a martial arts dojo run by Mark Steven Grove, who is also one of the principals of Inferno Film Productions, LLC. Mark teaches Ninja, Samurai and Kunoichi martial arts at Warrior Quest. Mark scripted, directed, and performed in the Path of the Ninja: Shinobigatana Basic Sword Skills video, which is the first in a series. Mark also trains stunt performers at Warrior Quest. Stunt performers trained at Warrior Quest perform under the banner of Asgard Entertainment, LLC. Mark and the Asgard stunt team have been featured in locally-produced movies such as Dragon and the Hawk, Tiger Street, My Samurai, and Three Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain, as well as movies shot in other states, programs for the History Channel, training videos for local police and security agencies, and live performances at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Grove and his stunt team are currently working with the producers of The Surfer King.
Inferno Film Productions, LLC, is representing 17 other films and videos for foreign and domestic distribution and is currently reviewing other independent films recently submitted for representation at the November 2004 American Film Market. Inferno will be announcing the new movies that it will be offering at AFM soon.
